August 28th, 2017 ― Doha: Now, you can donate for the humanitarian and social activities of Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) through Ooredoo's Nojoom Loyalty Program, said Ali bin Hassan Al-Hammadi, QRCS Secretary-General. In a statement, Mr. Al-Hammadi unveiled a new agreement with Ooredoo to enable the Nojoom Program members to donate their points to QRCS by visiting the Nojoom website online or mobile application and selecting QRCS from the partners list. Then, Ooredoo will transfer the value of donated e-vouchers to QRCS on behalf of the donating customers. "In these blessed days of pilgrimage season, many people tend to pay charity in pursuit of divine reward. Ooredoo and we work together to help them to donate their accumulated Nojoom points in support of QRCS's charitable activities locally and internationally," said Mr. Al-Hammadi. He deeply thanked Ooredoo for their cooperation in adding the new service, which facilitates donation for the benefit of vulnerable people around the world. "Everyone in Qatar is invited to join us in solidarity with those in need," he said. Other means of donation to QRCS include agents at malls, SMS, bank transfer, online (www.qrcs.org.qa), and hotline (16002). Alternatively, donations can be given at QRCS's headquarters in Old Slata or Al-Khor branch.
