QRCS top officials meet RACA Director-General

Ali bin Hassan Al-Hammadi, Secretary-General of Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS), received Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Duhaimi, Director-General of the Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities (RACA). The meeting was attended by Eng. Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Malki, CEO, Faisal Mohamed Al-Emadi, Executive Director of Relief and International Development Division, Muna Fadel Al-Sulaiti, Executive Director of Volunteering and Local Development Division, Dr. Fawzi Oussedik, Head of International Relations and International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Mohamed Jassim Al-Maslamani, Director of Compliance and Transparency, and Zahra Adnan Lafi, IHL Coordinator. Mr. Al-Hammadi welcomed the guest and commended the efforts by RACA to facilitate and consolidate the credibility and transparency of Qatar’s local and international humanitarian action. They discussed may topics related to the nature and optimized mechanisms of QRCS’s work. Mr. Al-Duhaimi stated that RACA had a regulatory, supervisory, and supportive role for humanitarian operations. He promised to continue to give every possible form of support. He praised QRCS’s contributions in Qatar and beyond. In the end of the meeting, the participants thanked each other for their mutual cooperation to serve humanity everywhere.
